Building Posimos - a POS system for cafes and restaurants that started from a friend asking me to build him a simple accounting tool. Now it's a full SaaS with built-in loyalty programs, a marketplace for plugins, and an AI assistant that handles inventory by photo, generates reports on demand, and removes the daily routine for managers. Solo founder, full-stack developer. Sharing the journey from a side project to a product.
