Cool idea, indeed sometimes it is a bit of a hassle to find the jobs page.

I like what a teacher once told me "to find without searching, it takes a long time of searching without finding" (it was not in english so I don't know how well it translates)

Interesting question, I think I would trade 1 or 2 weeks of vacation for a 4 days week. I would want to still have at least 4 weeks of vacation though.

I think it generally depends on the person. But more so than for the skills it gives you (for instance in tech, experience is probably more valuable than education), higher education provides an environment to grow as a person. It allows you to develop you personality, meet people that have totally different areas of interest. And all that without having the concerns of jobs and money right...
