About
I’m Sherell Edwards, a mediator, arbitrator, and nonprofit founder based in N. Florida. I’ve worked in healthcare since 2004, and I’m the founder of 1024 Betty’s Way, a 501(c)(3) working to end childhood food insecurity and inspire with unique career strategies. I built AlertCircle in my mid-50s because I didn’t want to wait for someone else to build it. So I figured it out myself. My work has always been about helping people communicate clearly, and AlertCircle is the same idea in one hold of a button: the people who matter to you know, without a string of texts. My goal is to keep AlertCircle simple and make it useful for families and caregivers. I want to hear from the community about what to build next, and I plan to bring more devices over time. Because knowing is everything.
