After using several modelling programs for about 20+ years, exploring several rendering engines, when I started using D5 Render it was like a breath of fresh air in terms of all the new features it provides.
Starting with its interface; very intuitive and easy to use. Nothing complicated considering the huge amount of options and features it provides. Taking a few online training lessons you can get the hang of it really quick. The synchronization of D5 with modelling programas, 3D studio Max and Cinema 4D in my case, is extremely natural and simple. They complement each other in such a way they seem like a single program. This synchronization makes it very easy to modify the 3D model without having to change what's already configured for the render and video. Working with D5 Render is very fluid, stable and its real time processing eases up the decision making process and also helps with time saving. Results produced are always high quality.
On top of that, a wide library that's constantly updated with new ones, including: new objects, new materials, new scenes and even some brand new AI functions to help accelerate some processes for videos, I have to say they're really made the whole process much easier. For example, the scenes library allows me to have a more diverse work, it allows me to either save my own or user scenes created and shared by other users. The previsualization and video editing features are among the top features I value the most from the program.
To summarize, in my opinion D5 Render is the best rendering and video program to be used right now. Works for both students and professionals. Highly recommended!
