
I started researching how to improve my focus and productivity and came across peaks. I have been using the app for a while and noticed that the more attention I pay to the time before I go to sleep, the better my quality of sleep gets hence the more focused and productive I am during the day. I has been a great tool that helps me to stay consistent and change my late coffee drinking and eating habits. Continuous updates improve user experience and usability of the app. Cant wait to see how it develops in the future :)
