We use this at Hypercare, and it's been extremely helpful to be aligned as a customer success team on who we already reached out to for help. I'm always incredibly impressed how slick the application is and how intuitive it is to pick up. Would recommend this to any startup who needs to communicate to their customers through phone call or SMS. And the team is wonderfully responsive.

Definitely we are started to have this pain point as we scale. Oh god, the turn around time b/w cs & eng is difficult esp we want to turn around fast for our users. I think the only thing you are lacking before we deploy is the integration with MYSQL. I'm rooting for you Jimmy, big fan of you of course ;)

Simple, easy to use tool that it incredibly polished. I'd recommend this to anyone who is building any Amazon Alexa or Google Home apps. Also, did I mention it's built in Canada? 🇨🇦
