Product manager and indie maker based in Taipei. I’ve spent the past few years working on B2B SaaS and MarTech products, focusing on data-driven CRM, integrations, and full 0→1 product development. On the side, I build small, opinionated tools for myself and others — from multi-language to-do/calendar apps to AI-powered music and developer tools. I enjoy exploring how AI, great UX, and solid analytics can come together to create products that actually get used, not just launched. Currently experimenting with AI-native workflows, agentic applications, and ways to turn prototypes into sustainable products.
