Agree, although the comments are still interesting. When Google Flights appeared this was basically the end for the current version of Skyscanner, hope the team are working on something new. Personally I feel that the site is not as good as a few years ago, maybe because they are succumbed to sponsoring airlines? There definitely appears to be a bias now.

Open source should make this interesting! I can think of some interesting hacks/ bots combined with facial recognition.

Once you've given permissions for the notifications, does that browser window need to remain open for the notifications to occur?

Are you able to use contour maps instead of piste maps? I know there are a few apps that do this (mainly for orienteering) but they are generally rubbish. I only ask because I have often 'lost' people when going backcountry, and this would be super useful!
