When I was young, my parent's did not know what to feed me and what is my ideal nutritional requirement because of which I became unhealthy and was overweight during my school. As I grew up, I learned the importance of physical activity and eating right and as a result, transformed myself, competed at the national level and did my studies in sports and exercise science...
