Over the past couple of weeks of use, I've found Fathom to be a very reliable with understanding the context of conversations. The feature I absolutely love is the option to click on on the discussed points in the summary, and the video snaps to the timestamp where the topic was discussed. The names/words which are not so common in English, could be handled better. Some sort of a custom dictionary per user/user group should be helpful. Fathom learning over time and adapting to the users would be a nice to have
