I used to start habits every Monday and quit by Thursday. 😅

A few weeks ago I started using a habit tracker that lets you: Build new habits Quit bad habits Set reminders Track streaks and progress See analytics of your consistency The weird thing is that seeing a streak every day makes me not want to break it.
