I like it, you should work on the home page differently like adding main categories, and under those categories you can add the sections you have now, let me put it this way, you have 2 sections like "Forms & Surveys" and "Social Tools", Why not adding both and related sections under main category named "Tools". Simple, but smart, you should add different types of resources, start with a panel asking what kind of resources he is searching for attached with 3 options starting with "I want to.." (1.Reading books. 2.Watching Youtube Videos. 3. Reading Inspirational quotes). do that and you will find more to put there! I like the colors by the way, nice work.
