I came to exactly the same conclusion that real startup ideas often come from simple and boring problems. From my own experience: I spent three years on a startup that was supposed to revolutionize online education, but in the end it had 0 users. Now I ve just started solving a simple problem for home appliance repair technicians and immediately got my first paying users on a very rough MVP.

I wanted to shout about my first PH launch today, it's a word game called Wordloop.

I m working on a new annotation and drawing experience in Phia that lets you draw and highlight while recording. My goal is to keep it fast, minimal, and natural, so annotations improve the video without feeling distracting.

I m sharing the current design and would really appreciate honest feedback. Does this feel intuitive to use while recording? Are the pen and highlighter styles useful? Is there anything missing, or anything you d simplify?
