I think it depends on what you think as 'work' - I would say I'm less inclined to work on my laptop over the weekend to build things or email, but going for walks, listening to podcasts, reading relevant books, taking time to think creatively, meditating, new ideas - I think that value can often come from 'free time' or weekends. So I think it's a blended thing.
Do you work on the weekends?

I struggled with this and I think turning your camera on helps, but then on the other hand, it leads to more burnout (standford just brought out a study on this). I try to have a clear agenda, know why I'm there and what I need to add and where. Also do you need to be in these meetings? Sometimes these long meetings have lots of people, but that aren't needed for the whole duration, or not...
How to be focused during zoom meetings with colleagues?

Congrats on the launch Chris and John! Really handy when slack is your primary communication tool. Excited to see it grow!

Thanks for this thread, so useful to see other peoples recommendations! Here's a mix of ones I liked the past while: Shoedog (Phil Knight) Lean In (Sheryl Sandberg) Atomic Habits (James Clear) Uncanny Valley (Anna Wiener) Educated (Tara Westover) Green Lights (Matthew McConaughey)
Please recommend some of your favorite books!
