What's great
I use ChatGPT primarily as a thinking partner, not as a source of definitive answers. It’s most helpful when I’m trying to clarify ideas, explore different angles, or get unstuck when my own thoughts feel jumbled.
What I value most is how it lowers the friction of starting. It helps turn vague ideas into something concrete enough to react to, refine, or discard.
It’s not a replacement for judgment or expertise and it works best when you’re specific about context but that’s also what keeps it useful rather than prescriptive.
I’d recommend it to people who do a lot of thinking, writing, or decision-making and want support in shaping their thoughts.
What needs improvement

What's great
Notion is where our team aligns from idea to execution. We use it as a shared workspace for project planning, meeting minutes, and turning early ideas into clear, actionable pages everyone can work from.
What works especially well is how flexible it is for collaboration. It supports different ways of thinking while keeping everything in one place, which makes it easy to move from brainstorming to documentation without switching tools.
There’s definitely a temptation to over-engineer setups, but when used intentionally, it becomes a powerful source of clarity and alignment across the team.
I’d recommend it to teams that work iteratively and need a single space to collaborate, document decisions, and keep projects moving forward.
