I build AI ChangeWatch (aichangewatch.com) — an independent tracker for what AI providers actually change: new models, price moves, deprecations, and shutdown dates across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, Meta and others. Everything is detected from first-party sources — vendor changelogs, pricing pages, API docs — then timestamped and kept as history. Most comparison sites show you today's price. The point here is showing you when it changed, and what it used to be. Also published in Japanese, German and Italian.

AI Change Watch - Every AI API change, recorded the day it happens

Vendor changelogs are prose, and never record what a number used to be. AI Change Watch re-reads the pricing, model, API and security pages of 15 AI providers on a schedule and records each change as an exact before → after diff, with its source. It also publishes what that record makes possible: price history and a market price index, model-vs-model comparisons, a calendar of shutdown dates with successors and migration cost, and findings like "only 66% of retirements name a replacement".
