Stay Away from Readdy AI — Broken System and No Help
I really wanted to like Readdy AI, but it’s been a frustrating experience from start to finish. The tool kept failing at simple tasks, and I lost credits each time. Support never reviewed my complaint — they just refused my refund, even after I shared screenshots and proof.
I added my products on the admin page, but nothing showed up on the website. I set the currency to KWD, yet it always displayed USD. Visitors could even add or remove items freely — it’s a complete mess.
Such a waste of time and money. No real customer service either you send an email, wait two days, and still get no proper response. I’ll never recommend this platform.

Can I edit layouts visually without touching code?
yes, but when you customize it its a disaster
What are the limits on pages, traffic, or storage?
every edit they deduct 25 points funny part to apply one edit i had to request it 10 times which changing currency so thier plans starter which 2500 they say you can work on 10 projects it wouldn't last 3 days because their AI system failing to apply the edits you request and jeeps apologizing and deduct your points to redo it
Are there templates tailored for agencies and startups?
yes
