I'm a product-minded software engineer in Singapore, and I've spent 2 years building Champ on my own. It started with my own doomscrolling. I'd spend a long time on social media, feel alone, and stop taking care of myself. Champ pauses the apps you overuse and asks for a short reset first, and every reset opens a flower in your garden. I want it to help people live better lives, starting with me.
