After hearing some feedbacks towards the other scrum poker app which usually used by my teammates, I build my own version of scrum poker app.

Notion and Evernote. Notion if you like to manage your notes as hierarchy and being more creative with your notes because you can put tables, set columns, attach or integrate with other productivity services, make some boards, etc. Evernote if you only need a place for your quick notes without having to mind too much about organizing your notes, but still gives you room to manage your notes.
