hrmcp-server scores resumes against job descriptions using Claude. It returns structured dimension scores across skills match, experience, industry background, and education — plus specific strengths and gaps grounded in the actual text. Built for AI agent workflows — any framework that speaks MCP can call it natively, no wrapper needed. Also available as a hosted API at recruitapi.app ($5 per 100 scores) or self-hostable on Railway in under 15 minutes.

hrmcp-serverMCP server that scores candidates against job descriptions

Recruiting teams were manually screening hundreds of resumes — slow, inconsistent, and biased toward whoever was doing the screening. I wanted a way for AI agents to score candidates objectively against a job description and return structured, explainable results rather than a black-box recommendation. Building it as an MCP server means any agent framework can call it natively without a wrapper.
