Here's my daily routine - Wake up - Finish meetings - Do work while eating - Play video games or watch videos whenever on break - Catch up on left tasks - Sleep

I prefer being an employee since you have a stable income and benefits at the same time. But being a freelancer is not bad since you gain some income as well and you meet a lot of connections.

I use Slack for work as for Discord I use it for casual talk with friends or playing games.

I usually take short naps or play games so I won't get burnt out easily. Sometimes I watch videos or view images on Pinterest/Behance.

I'm good with flexible working since I don't need to hassle whenever I get up and fix stuff. Also, I can take breaks any time I want as long as I get the tasks done.

Well some designers use it whenever they are making like graphics (e.g branding, posters, marketing collaterals, etc.) Right now, there are some web design that incorporate 3d elements to their website.

Yes, I often layout my tasks before every start of a new week. But sometimes I still re-arrange it if there's some urgent/priority tasks.

Most of us use social media platforms and watch videos to learn tutorials, life hacks, etc. Books are still useful too if you're that kind of person who likes to read. But both ways are useful in any way you can learn new stuff.
