I have waited forever for my money to be released! Can someone tell me what is going on? And why i have been locked out of my account with a balance of $121,299!!!

We've only been using this app for a couple months now. Barely enjoyed this account. A few payments and now it says account has been temporarily restricted. We have a current balance of $121,299, with pending payments and payments scheduled to be deposited in the account and now we are locked out with no email or update on the delay or a given timeframe to regain access even after sending an...
