I made a custom GPT that is like having a sustainability professional in your pocket.

me and my co-founder are building an AI agent because at our last startup we just couldn t keep up with support.

we tried every chatbot out there. they all felt robotic. customers hated it.

hiring more people was too slow + too $$$

so we put together this ai chatbot (think intercom fin but deeper) that trains on your old tickets, learns your tone, doesn t hallucinate, and can actually answer stuff like a real support rep.

I ve seen a few posts lately where people say startup employees should expect to work 60+ hours a week like it s part of the job.

I get that sometimes we need to go all in. But I m not sure that should apply to employees. Is hustle culture really necessary for them too?

Most startup advice says: don t go solo.

It s practically gospel, especially if you want to raise money.

But I ve met plenty of founders who started solo and stayed that way. Some thrived. Some flamed out. Some figured out how to build a support system around them without giving away half the company.

Not the sexy stuff like phones or VR headsets I m talking about the boring but essential things we use daily:
