I've used fathom every day for almost a year and it just keeps getting better. The outline it provides, having not only an instant recording- but a recording that I can use to retrain clients when they have staff churn has saved me hours. Not to mention how helpful the automatic task creation is in Hubspot. I'd give it a 6/5 if I could.
