LumiChats takes your privacy seriously. Here’s how your data is handled:
Login credentials: Stored securely and encrypted in our backend to allow you to use the service safely.
Chat history: Encrypted and stored so you can continue your sessions, but cannot be accessed by anyone.
Files and images: Uploaded PDFs, images, or other files are not stored on our servers. Only the AI analysis is stored temporarily for your session; your original files are never saved or used for training.
Study Mode: File content is only used during your active study session. Once you move past a page, the data is removed from our system.
Memory Chat: You can export notes from your chat at any time using the generate notes feature.
Your files, images, and study materials remain private, secure, and used only to provide the AI service you requested.
