Senior developer at NutriSimple for 10 years, which is where ECOON comes from: I wanted meal plans built on what is actually on sale this week in Québec grocery stores, not generic recipes. Through Adib Conseil, I design automations and AI agents for Québec businesses (13 systems in production), with a focus on compliance with Law 25 and Law 96. Projects: ECOON (AI meal planning on real flyer prices), Merbouhi (compliant invoicing), Fluvano (automation workflows).
