I m building Myna Player, an open-source local-first video player around a subtitle timing problem:

translate too early and the model has too little context

wait for more context and the subtitle arrives after the dialogue

I built CodexControl after using multiple Codex accounts and realizing that switch the auth file is not enough for a reliable desktop workflow.

The app is local-first and focuses on two jobs:

I built CodexPigeon around a simple concern: changing an AI coding agent s instructions while it is already in the middle of a turn can make the agent s state harder to reason about.

Instead of injecting a message into active work, CodexPigeon uses a repository-local Markdown mailbox.
