I like this perspective a lot. Iβm currently using AI across content and support but honestly, I still feel like Iβm managing tools instead of getting real help. For me, the biggest gap is lead qualification, itβs still manual. If AI could fully own that process end-to-end, it would save me serious time and mental energy.
