Ojoy - Enlarge low-resolution images and improve their quality

Ojoy enlarges low-resolution photos and memoji and improves their quality. It does this 100% in the browser client-side, thanks to some smarts from Upscaler and TensorFlow.js. The output is typically sharper compared to just resizing them.
