I liked that Chatshape is easily intergrated into my CMS, it made connecting to your website easy. I also love how easy it is to use Chatshape to build a flow chart of conversations to gather keywords and answer responses of the customer. From that we can either help them solve their problem or generate a lead. Very intuitive well made conversational chat bot in my opinion 5⭐️ hands down
