Adam Perlis is the CEO and founder of Walkie, an AI voice dictation and transcription tool, and B150, an AI professional network for builders. He is also the founder of Academy, a design staffing and recruiting agency providing studio teams, contractors, and full-time staff. Previously, he was Head of Product Design at TIME Magazine, AKQA, BASIC/DEPT, B-Reel, and AT&T AdWorks Lab. Over his 15-year career, he has collaborated with major brands like Google, Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft. His award-winning work has been featured on Awwwards or TechCrunch, and he has spoken at SXSW and Web Summit. Adam serves on the Rutgers Design Thinking Board and hosts the podcasts "How We Scaled It for Design Teams" and "Built in Public." He is so passionate about mentoring, UX/UI, and human-centered design.
