I am an IT Director who spent years supporting growing teams that did not have a dedicated IT department. I repeatedly saw companies trying to manage users, devices, and support requests using spreadsheets, shared documents, and scattered tools. CentriOps was built to solve that problem. It is a simple dashboard that helps small and mid sized teams manage users, assets, tickets, tasks, and contracts in one place without the complexity of traditional IT platforms. My goal is to make IT manageable for organizations under 500 employees that need structure but do not have a full IT team.
