I work in BIM and digital delivery. For years, I watched AI get better at producing drawings while the checking stayed stuck in markup sessions and spreadsheets. So I built Markup & Validate: a review station where you redline the drawing set, run it against a 15-rule AEC standards profile, and sign off only when every finding has a named reviewer and written evidence behind it. Looks fine gets rejected. My ambition is simple. AI does the first 80 percent and humans own the last 10. The review deserves its own tool, because the review is the work now.
