I built Onboardly out of pure necessity. SmoothScale’s entire plan was dialed in—except onboarding. I’d never worked in a business that actually required a real onboarding process, so I felt completely out of my depth. Instead of faking it, I stepped back and looked at it from both sides: the agency and the client. Even as a beginner, I wanted to look sharp, sound legit, and create an experience that actually impressed people. I knew if I could nail onboarding, clients would feel taken care of, reviews would spike, and churn would drop. That’s how Onboardly was born—a clean, seamless onboarding experience clients actually enjoy.
