Show and movie offerings are just ok. The need to always go home to log into the Wi-Fi is annoying, especially if I forget to do so between trips. With this whole crackdown on sharing thing going overboard, the value proposition gets worse and worse.

Good value for the family plan. Great on them, unlike Netflix, to allow me to share this with my family, even if they don't live in my house. That shows they understand that family dynamics can change over time, but everyone still wants to share services.

Web-app is solid, but their own application on windows isn't great or stable. Making calls is difficult and buggy. Mobile app is good, unless you use smaller pop up windows on android, then the app opens in weird locations, sometimes making it hard to move around.

Stability on the app is questionable at times. The push for their own edge based messenger is a strange decision, as it now opens links in edge instead of chrome, and doesn't really have any benefit to the end user. They should just make the mobile site useable.

Not a huge fan of subscription based services like this. One note and one drive pop ups are kind of annoying. Excel is great, but word's self formatting tools are annoying and hard to overwrite

Latest improvements in putting tabs to sleep is a huge upgrade. It's still using RAM like it's an all you can eat buffet, but at least it's down significantly from before.

Used to use teams, and it's ok for video calls. The recording feature is good for instructional meetings, but would like it if it was able to ask all involved parties for permission before doing so

Decent product to use for an email, good integration with outside sites. Search function could use some work though. Maybe there's room for some machine learning to improve it

It's like discord, but more professional. Love the ability to share memes with coworkers, while also being productive
