Breading is delicious and crunchy. They smell amazing. Texture is good, but you *must* cook it well enough or it will be weird and pasty. Flavor inside is meh because it is lacking umami, but I did send them some suggestions that they seemed receptive to, so I have high hopes for the next release. They don't really do well currently as a stand alone nugget, but they are very tasty if treated...
