Extremely Disappointed – Left Without Internet When I Needed It Most
I relied on this app during a crucial time, and it completely let me down. I contacted their support team, hoping for quick help, but the experience was just as bad. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and only gave excuses instead of real solutions.
I expected reliability and at least some accountability, but sadly, I got neither. I wouldn’t recommend.
And now they refuse to give me my money back for a top-up that I never get
