It does all of the functions that we require for the business, including payroll, time clocks, tracking, coding of employee time, HR benefits, vacation and sick time, organizational forms, etc. Additionally, there are many things that we as a company simply don't use. For instance, some of our employees utilize the scheduling service Homebase, and Pitch N Hire may be integrated with Homebase to manage payroll. Since our previous method was cumbersome and challenging to use, Pitch N Hire's simplicity was a welcome change.
