I’m building Hireoo to fix one of the most broken systems on the internet — job searching. Most opportunities are never posted on job boards. They exist in scattered places like LinkedIn posts, hidden listings, and hiring signals that people miss. Hireoo discovers these opportunities early and automatically reaches out to hiring managers with personalised AI emails — so users don’t waste time applying manually. The goal is simple: remove friction from job hunting and give candidates an unfair advantage.
