Not everyone has to carry the same weight. Renegotiate the deal so everyone is putting in the amount of time they can afford. (Less time = less equity though). If you're not paying them, will you be able to get someone better? Do they do something you don't know how to do?

1. a lot of them are slow to navigate. if UX forces me to click into something to read it, and clicking takes 500ms, my flow is already broken 2. they're bad at 'graph-structured tasks'. So like establishing blockers or order of work. they're also bad at linearizing graphs, i.e. telling me what the next 5 things on my agenda are. 3. they're bad at zooming into complexity. most of these tools...
