
Got a terrible impression trying out Blaze AI
Started a trial, had to put in a credit card (so 2015...) and didn't find it useful at a glance. Didn't find a cancel button at there platform (they don't have one) so I wrote a message to stop the process and delete my account and, today, the trial finished and I got charged 50 usd for assuming they would act properly
Customer service sucks! The guy that was with me didn't even knew the cancel button thing.
Product Hunt would be awesome if you guys can come on top of this since I just quickly tried its features due to your priority recommendation
