I built Stoki One because inventory becomes difficult to trust when a business sells through several online and offline channels.
A sale, refund, cancellation or return may update one system but remain missing from another. Products can also have different sizes, colours and variations, and many small businesses do not have organised SKUs or barcodes.
Stoki One is designed to make inventory simple, readable and understandable from a phone.
It creates one trusted stock number across connected channels and can create a unique Stoki ID for products without an existing SKU or barcode.
Stoki One gives ecommerce and retail businesses one trusted stock number across Shopify, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce and offline sales. It tracks sizes, colors, refunds, cancellations, returns and restored stock. Products do not need an existing SKU or barcode—Stoki creates a unique Stoki ID. The web app also includes Stoki POS for cash, counter, market and telephone sales, keeping offline activity connected to online inventory.
