Aaron Fusselman grew up in Akron, Ohio, where his single mother taught him resilience and integrity while encouraging him to outwork any obstacle. Mentors from Scouts and sports provided further guidance, helping him balance his commitment to academics with a passion for the stage in plays and musicals. After graduating from Barberton High School in 2000, he worked full-time at Sherwin-Williams to fund his college education, earning a B.A. from Milligan University and later completing his MBA at Johnson University, where he graduated first in his class. He began his professional career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where his drive and leadership skills quickly propelled him to become one of the youngest branch managers in the company worldwide.
