I am a Chartered Accountant working in corporate taxation, and I do not usually spend much time exploring automation tools but Pinkfish really stood out.
Unlike most no code platforms that feel either too complex or too limited, Pinkfish actually makes it easy for someone from a non technical background to build useful automations. I was able to create workflows just by writing out step wise instructions in plain English, and even set up custom agents using custom prompts with no technical expertise needed.
One task I automated involved pulling agreements from two different SaaS platforms and email attachments, and reviewing each one for clauses around TDS, GST applicability, and indemnity. This was something I used to do manually : opening each file, reading through them, and taking notes. Now, it’s fully automated. The system pulls the files, extracts the relevant clauses, and gives me a summary all in minutes.
I also found the Knowledge Base feature incredibly useful. I could upload documents and search across them semantically not just keyword-based and instantly jump to the exact section in the original file. That alone saved me a lot of time.
Overall, Pinkfish has helped me cut down on repetitive review work and made certain tax and compliance
