I've been using a free app called Apptivate for years. Couldn't live without it. So +1 on the idea. However, I think you'd be better off with the App Store in this case. I personally wouldn't install this from your website, because I haven't heard of you before. From App Store, I'd try it. Gives me a little more confidence that it's not doing anything funny.

I absolutely need this. I'm actually working on something very similar - https://focuslite.app - there's more options, and it's a firewall, not just a browser plugin, so will work across browsers.

I already use NotePlan for my daily work notes, and I needed something for general "life notes". This is perfect so far. Great place to offload thoughts that would otherwise bother me. The colors are fun too.

I love this. I've been printing 3 months at a time from Calendar app on Mac. This is much nicer. It's a great way to start a habit. Wanna eat healthier? Print a 12-week program called "no snacks except for Sundays", put it on a wall in your kitchen, and check off days.

To give a little story - I keep receiving these RescueTime emails on weekends and they always tell me "you spent 4 hours on social media this week". But that's too late. I built this app specifically to know how much I gave those websites as I use them, in real time. In need that thrown in my face, to realize I need to be more temperent with my time.
