Congrats @maxcameron! As someone who was ahead of the curve in the digital/product adoption space I know there's a great product mind here at work. Hoping for some integrations to more easily get transcripts into your system (e.g. with Fathom.ai which we use for recording our interviews) but excited to see where you go!

📖 The story of HelpBar: At Chameleon we've seen so many customers try to improve their user onboarding and self-serve experience to drive product-led growth 🚀 ❗️But there has always been a disconnect: Customers invested a lot in making sure their help articles and docs were great, but users would just start chat or send support messages without exploring these knowledge bases. A lot of the hard...

We've been using Airtable because we weren't ready for a full-on ATS but this might tip the balance so looking forward to trying it out!

We're big fans of Fathom here at @trychameleon -- the whole team uses it, for prospects, customers, candidates, partners, etc. We had considered Gong but it was too sales oriented, and we wanted the whole company to benefit from a Zoom-first world. The first time I saw the AI summaries it really was magic, and I'm glad about it rolling out to everyone!

This is awesome! Well done @cassandra_gamm1 @laura_krieger2 and @pranav_kashyap1! I've seen Mixpanel evolve a lot over the last few years so I'm glad new startups will get a chance to leverage the fantastic out-of-the-box reporting available.

Some great things based on us using Drata: 1. Easy to get pre-built policies that can be altered (e.g. BCP) that's often needed as part of security reviews (even prior to SOC 2) 2. Drata agent (installed on machines) means we can track and manage assets and raise the security level across the workforce; especially great for remote teams 3. Really knowledgeable team who've provided great advice...

Hi folks, excited to be sharing this with you; we’re so critical as makers that we don’t often feel ready to launch, but I’m truly proud of the work (>100 hours) that’s gone into creating this free resource to help everyone build better in-product marketing. As we move towards a product-first world, *marketing to users about the product* becomes really key to drive conversion and boost growth....

The little tooltip to announce the changes really caught my eye, because it seems *off-brand*. The secret here is any type of help guidance / modal / tooltip that's dynamic like that needs to stand out clearly from the underlying interface. Otherwise new users don't recognize it as something to read / pay attention to first. Instead they can't differentiate it from other elements in the...

@ronan_gouello Congrats Ronan, very excited to see another great product from the eFounders studio. I see and like that you have your product roadmap publicly available; we've thought about doing this too, but were concerned about a competitive market where features are important -- how did you decide to make your roadmap public?

This is great for anyone bootstrapping or building a project on the side. Also great if you have good availability of engineering talent to help with making changes or edits. For companies that want more a sophisticated platform to manage highlights and other user guidance, or have engineering constraints, there are various SaaS platforms that offer this without writing code. Always happy when our partners do great stuff 👏🏽 and I'm really excited about the enhancements as a customer too. Think the improvements will be great for marketers, PMMs, demand gen folks and prospectors to drive MQLs. Pros: (1) Can collect great user data without a form (e.g. email for subscriptions) (2) Can set qualification criteria to assign leads Cons: (1) Not enough control on the way the...

@cameronsavage we're heavy users of Trello (our project management tool) and Slack (our discussion / messaging tool) but we've always been disappointed with the lack of integration between the two (we've tried both Trello apps for Slack). Have you thought about how Trello could work with Stride, on a much deeper and more holistic basis? I can see some simple things like creating tasks in Trello...

As products get more sophisticated and complex, it can be great for EXISTING users and those familiar with the journey, but really hard for NOOBS. Think of how simple Facebook might have been when you first joined, but how complex it can be for an older person signing-up today. The journey is an important component to contextual UX, and one of the hardest things to do is to replicate first-time...
