Introducing Breaks in NightScreen Mode
I've added a new Break Mode feature to NightScreen Mode extension which allows you to set screen time reminder based on your specified time. So for example you turn on the Break mode and set the time for 30 minutes. After every 30 minutes, you'll see a notification nudging you to take a break. It's something I believe is necessary to the purpose of this extension which is to avoid eye strains....
