What's great
The platform is very stable and easy to scale. We can manage multiple devices at the same time without worrying about performance drops. The remote control is smooth, and the API integration helps us automate a lot of repetitive tasks. Overall, it significantly improves our operational efficiency.
What needs improvement
It would be helpful if the platform could provide more flexible resource management options, such as easier batch operations and clearer usage monitoring. This would make it even more convenient when managing a large number of devices. Aside from that, the overall experience is already quite solid.
vs Alternatives
We also looked at a few other cloud phone providers and even considered using physical devices. However, most alternatives either lacked stability, had limited API support, or were not cost-effective at scale. Compared to those options, this solution offers a better balance between performance, flexibility, and pricing.
