I run a small product called PingClass — and I built it because I watched real tuition centers run on a mess of spreadsheets, paper registers and WhatsApp groups. Attendance in one place, fees in another, parent messages buried in chats. So I made the thing I wished existed: students, batches, attendance, fees and parent communication in one system, built specifically for small institutes — 1–5 teachers, up to ~200 students. Not a bloated school ERP, not Classplus-for-big-coaching-chains.
