hey @jsa, in theory, how long will it take for clients to find and download your app from inside the lounge, and will it be sufficiently fast for walk-ins to not get bored and go to the Starbucks across the street ? Or are you angling this more towards coworking types ? If so, how do you plan to compete with existing spaces ? Only via price difference ?

Ouch, that sign up form is scary. This is a product for easily distracted people, and it asks them to fill out 5 fields (btw, why do they need my first and last name?). Simplifying it or allowing people to sign up with Facebook or google would have a positive impact on the dropoff rate I think.

I feel like this will have the same problem as zaarly (incredibly difficult to build such an open-ended reverse market place, the people who will be able to help on the ground have very little motivation to sign up, and the average user will most likely get very little return on their time investment). How could it avoid that pitfall ?

Love it, doing this manually for my personal website was enough of a pain that I can see myself using it in the future.
